Jude

This portion of Al-Kitab takes its name from its author, Jude. He was the brother of James and the half-brother of ISA AL-MASIH. ISA AL-MASIH was born to Maryam while she was still a virgin, without a human father by the power of God. Later, Jude was born to Maryam and her husband Yusuf (Joseph). So ISA and Jude shared the same mother, but not the same father. Jude wrote this letter to warn followers of ‘ISA AL-MASIH about false teachers who were claiming to be true followers of ‘ISA AL-MASIH. Jude exposes the false teachers for what they are and reveals what will happen to them in the end. He tells the believers to stand firm for the faith that God has revealed in the Injil.
